Questions About Your Land, Answered

These are the questions Oklahoma landowners ask us most: what we handle, clearing versus mulching, what things cost, and when to schedule. Don't see yours? Call and ask the owner directly.

What areas do you serve?
We work out of Ada and cover about a 50-mile circle around it: Pontotoc, Murray, Garvin, Seminole, Hughes and Johnston counties, with regular runs to Shawnee, Ardmore, McAlester, Durant and the Norman side. Big jobs pull us further. If you're not sure your place is in range, call and ask.
What services do you offer?
If it's dirt, brush or something that needs to come down, it's probably our work: land clearing, cedar removal, heavy dirt work, grading and leveling, excavation, demolition, pond construction, building pads and fence line clearing. The same machines handle the whole run, from overgrown pasture to build-ready ground.
Who shows up when I hire you?
The owner. Rezz Built is owner operated, so the person you talk to on the phone is the one in the dozer on your property. You explain the job once, the estimate comes from the person doing the work, and nothing gets lost between a salesman and a crew.
Do you do forestry mulching?
No, and that's on purpose. A mulcher grinds the tops and leaves the stumps in the ground, and we spend real hours cleaning up behind mulching jobs. We clear mechanically with a dozer and excavator, roots and all, so the ground can be graded, mowed and built on.
How much does land clearing cost?
It depends on the acreage, how thick the growth is, the ground, and what happens to the debris. Light brush runs far less per acre than heavy timber. The estimate is free and comes from looking at the property, so you get a real number. Our blog has cost guides with market ranges.
What happens to the trees and debris?
Your call, priced into the estimate up front. On most rural ground the debris gets piled and burned on site when conditions and county rules allow it. Where burning is out, it gets piled to stay or hauled off. Either way the property gets left clean.
How soon can you look at my property?
Usually within days. Call (580) 344-7473, tell us where the land sits and what you're after, and we'll set a time to come see it. Photos help too. Estimates are free, and close-in towns like Stratford, Stonewall and Sulphur are an easy run from the shop.
