That applies when a structure is torn down and removed, and applications run through the city permitting portal. Older buildings raise one more item, and that is asbestos. The answer there depends on what kind of building it is.

The site gets put back before we pull out. Once debris is loaded, the foundation hole gets backfilled and the dozer pushes the spot flat. If a new building is going in the same place, we can rough in a pad for the new structure. The equipment is already there, so it saves a second mobilization.
